At Zoom Organic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

4. Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International returns may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
