Return and Refund Policy

At ZOOMZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong product was shipped to you.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal-care products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products that have been opened or used (except where damaged, defective, or incorrect)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at zoomherbal786@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and send it to the address provided in the Return Authorization.

4. Return Shipping

For domestic orders within India, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case ZOOMZ covers the cost.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds for prepaid (UPI / card / netbanking) orders are credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer to an account of your choice.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of approval, and may take a few additional days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours at zoomherbal786@gmail.com. We may request photos or other documentation of the damage. In these cases, ZOOMZ will cover the return shipping cost, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the standard processing time, first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at zoomherbal786@gmail.com.
